The app joins a growing wave of smart alarm tools that use interaction instead of a simple tap-to-stop function. Alongside the rooster option, Clucky includes calmer sounds such as gentle chimes, birdsong, and classic digital beeps, plus an Extra Loud Mode for users who want a stronger start to the day.
To turn the alarm off, users can complete missions such as solving math problems, memorizing tile patterns, typing a phrase, shaking the phone, walking, doing push-ups, guiding a ball to a goal, or finishing an AI camera challenge. The idea is to make the wake-up process active enough to prevent instant snoozing.
Clucky also adds a progress dashboard that records wake-up timing, mission counts, and weekly performance through a playful Rooster Report. For shared routines, the app offers private groups called Nest and Flock, allowing friends or family members to wake up together and stay accountable.
