SpaceX reported $14.6 billion in third-quarter revenue, with artificial intelligence accounting for 52% of its income, according to the company's latest figures. Growth across its business lines was led by its expanding AI and cloud-computing operations.
The company's "Super Intelligence" division brings together the Grok chatbot, the recently acquired Cursor coding tool and a growing cloud-computing business with 1.7 gigawatts of capacity. SpaceX is increasingly building its business around AI alongside its established space and satellite operations.
Reported results also included about $1 billion linked to a recovery in bitcoin prices, as well as unspecified income from a related party. Meanwhile, SpaceX recorded $19.6 billion in capital expenditures, including investment in the Colossus II data center and its Starship rocket program.
SpaceX sees Starship as central to deploying future Starlink satellites and developing data centers in orbit. If its AI infrastructure continues to scale, the company could help shape how computing capacity is delivered both on Earth and beyond it.
