Plaud has introduced Plaud One, a new pair of AI-focused earbuds designed to capture calls and conversations while turning spoken moments into organized work. The device follows the company's growing note-taking ecosystem, which already serves more than 2.5 million users.
AI note-taking in a wearable format
The earbuds use a minimalist design inspired by mainstream wireless earphones, but their real value lies in the software behind them. Plaud says the earbuds can transcribe conversations and then connect with tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion and Slack to help draft emails, build documents or prepare presentations from meeting content.
The charging case adds a distinctive layer: it supports eSIM, allowing users to interact with Plaud's AI agents remotely without relying on a phone or computer. According to the company, this makes the system more flexible for fast-paced work and on-the-go productivity.
Battery, recording and pricing
Plaud One includes 12mm drivers, active noise cancellation and voice capture that the company says works clearly within five meters. The earbuds can record up to six hours of in-person meetings or three hours of calls on a single charge, and the case extends total recording time to 25 hours.
Buyers receive 300 minutes of free transcription each month. After that, paid plans begin at $8.33 per month when billed annually. The device is available for pre-order at $249, with shipping planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.
Plaud says the launch is intentionally limited as it tests demand for AI-first earbuds. The company is also preparing future agent-based features and plans a credit system for different tasks, with early buyers receiving $200 in credits.
As wearable AI matures, devices like Plaud One could help redefine how people capture ideas, manage tasks and interact with digital assistants in everyday life.
