Legal AI company reaches an $8.8 billion valuation
Legora has raised $550 million in a Series E funding round, bringing its valuation to $8.8 billion. The company develops AI tools that help legal professionals automate and manage workflow tasks.
Legora says its annual recurring revenue has surpassed $200 million. The new investment was led by Atreides Management, with participation from Baron Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, General Catalyst, Menlo and other investors.
The company plans to put the funding toward expanding its presence across North America. As AI tools evolve from assistants into systems that can support practical work, Legora's growth may help shape how legal teams use technology in the years ahead.
