London-based Inforcer has closed a $50 million Series C round led by Insight Partners, bringing its total funding to $110 million in just 18 months. The company builds software for managed service providers, helping them oversee Microsoft 365 environments for small and medium-sized businesses from one platform.
Founded in 2023, Inforcer has seen rapid momentum as demand grows for tools that simplify IT operations and adapt to the rise of AI-driven security challenges. The company says its business has expanded by 300% year over year, reflecting how MSPs are becoming central partners for businesses that need advanced digital protection without maintaining large internal IT teams.
Recent product work has focused on Shadow AI detection, which helps identify unauthorized AI tools used on company devices, alongside a threat detection and response system designed to spot risks in real time. According to the company, modern attacks are becoming faster, more automated, and more difficult to anticipate, which is pushing organizations to rethink how they manage data and AI usage.
Inforcer also plans to deepen its presence in the U.S. while refining its pricing model. As the platform expands, the company is shifting from per-client pricing toward per-user and potentially usage-based models, aligning more closely with how MSPs serve their customers. For now, its focus remains on the Microsoft ecosystem, where it sees room for specialized solutions tailored to smaller businesses.
With fresh capital and a sharper product roadmap, Inforcer is positioning itself at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and small-business infrastructure. The next phase could help shape how MSPs support a more connected and intelligent digital workplace.
