Tom Hopper shares how weekly Hyrox training and structured strength work support his fitness, injury-conscious preparation and action role in season two of The Terminal List.

Tom Hopper Builds Action-Ready Fitness Through Hyrox Training

Actor Tom Hopper's fitness routine is designed to support more than an on-screen physique. At 41, he says his focus is on becoming healthier while preparing for roles that call for strength and stamina.

Hopper now competes in Hyrox events and schedules one high-intensity Hyrox workout each week. He complements it with structured strength training intended to support race preparation and help him stay injury-free.

The approach also supports his work as Rafe Hastings, a former Navy SEAL operative in season two of The Terminal List. Hopper has discussed how his training has changed for different roles, along with the diet he has returned to while preparing for Hyrox. For a short session, he says he prioritizes "man makers," a demanding full-body exercise.

Hopper's blend of conditioning and strength reflects a broader shift toward training for performance and long-term wellbeing. Such adaptable routines may help make functional fitness a more lasting part of everyday life.
