Sony's WH-CH730N wireless headphones are currently listed at $128, down from $179.99--a $51.99 reduction. The offer puts a range of noise-control and connectivity features in a more affordable price tier.
The headphones support active noise cancellation (ANC), Ambient Sound mode and Multipoint Bluetooth, which lets users connect to two devices at once. Sony's Connect app includes a 10-band equalizer and a battery-care setting. The model is also specified for up to 50 hours of battery life and uses Bluetooth 6.0.
Adaptive Sound Control can adjust noise cancellation and ambient audio according to detected activity or surroundings. Other features include microphones designed to help isolate speech in noisy settings and an AUX connection. The lightweight plastic design is intended for extended wear.
At this price, the WH-CH730N brings a broad set of everyday listening features to the mid-range market. Continued improvements in battery life, noise control and device connectivity may make versatile headphones accessible to more listeners.
