Olympic Bobsledders Frank Del Duca and Josh Williamson Take a Spin in the MH Muscle Car

The athletes representing Team USA at the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Games are gearing up for their quest for gold on the snow and ice. Before the competition begins, they are sharing insights about their sport while enjoying a ride in the Men's Health Muscle Car.

Frank Del Duca and Josh Williamson joined MH fitness director Ebenezer Samuel in a Maserati Grantourismo at the Milano-Cortina Games. Del Duca, in particular, was eager to challenge Samuel to some off-track racing even before their own event kicked off.

"Look at that [Audi] RS 6 next to the Maserati," Del Duca exclaimed from the passenger seat. "I'm going to get you into a race!"

Del Duca is not just a bobsledder; he is also an Army Sergeant and a member of the Army World Class Athlete Program (WCAP). He proudly served as one of the flag bearers for Team USA during the Opening Ceremony. Partnering with Williamson, who discovered bobsledding through Team USA's Scouting Camp: Next Olympic Hopeful competition, they are well-positioned for a strong performance in the two-man bobsleigh category.

When asked about the keys to success, Del Duca emphasized, "Start fast, avoid mistakes, understand the track, and execute the line." Williamson added, "It's all about loading well, driving efficiently, and finding speed in your equipment."

Before their runs, the duo took the opportunity to discuss the technology and equipment that play a crucial role in bobsledding, as well as the impact of G-forces on their bodies during the race.

In a light-hearted exchange, they shared their training routines and preferences, showcasing their camaraderie and competitive spirit. Del Duca mentioned his preference for core exercises like the Pallof press, while Williamson highlighted the importance of back squats for overall strength.

As they prepare for the upcoming challenges, Del Duca and Williamson are not just focused on their sport but also on enjoying the journey, making the most of their time as Olympic athletes.
