Nvidia Deepens Its Data Center Strategy with Cloverleaf Partnership

Nvidia has taken another step to support the rapid expansion of AI infrastructure by forming a partnership with Cloverleaf Infrastructure, a company focused on preparing the foundations for data centers.

Founded in 2024, Cloverleaf works between utility providers and data center operators, helping secure power access and the core infrastructure needed to develop new sites. The company also raised $300 million in its first year, signaling strong investor interest in the sector.

Although the companies did not share financial details, reports indicate Nvidia's investment could reach several hundred million dollars and may give the chipmaker a minority stake in Cloverleaf. The move reflects Nvidia's growing role not only as a hardware leader, but also as a strategic backer of the facilities that drive AI growth.

The partnership follows Nvidia's broader effort to reinvest its momentum into the ecosystem around artificial intelligence, including data center projects that are designed to support next-generation computing demand. As AI infrastructure scales, such collaborations may help accelerate how power, land, and advanced systems come together for future digital networks.
