Netris Secures $15M to Speed Up AI Data Center Launches

Netris has raised $15 million in a Series A round led by Andreessen Horowitz to help AI-focused cloud operators bring new infrastructure online faster. The startup builds software that automates network setup, configuration, and day-to-day operations for so-called neoclouds.

As demand for GPU-powered computing grows, launching a data center has become more complex. Operators must connect switches, storage, and servers, then configure them for training and inference workloads while keeping hardware ready for customers. Netris says its platform shortens that process by abstracting network hardware and enabling multi-tenancy at the infrastructure layer.

The company's system is designed to work across different vendors and supports networking environments used by both Nvidia and AMD-based server setups. According to Netris, its approach is built for high-traffic AI environments where fast, repeatable hardware-level automation matters more than traditional software-only networking methods.

Netris says its technology is already active across more than 35 GPU clusters worldwide, serving operators including Lightning AI, Foxconn, Visionbay, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Tensorwave, and Telus. Nvidia has also reportedly shown strong interest in the platform, helping expand its visibility in the market.

With the new funding, Netris plans to expand its engineering and sales teams, broaden support for additional hardware vendors, and add new capabilities to its automation engine. The company's next phase could help make AI infrastructure deployment more scalable, efficient, and accessible across the cloud ecosystem.
