Founded by Rowan Aldean and his wife Zahraa, the house combines workspace and home life in a six-story building overlooking the water. Aldean, who now leads an applied AI startup, says the project is designed to help early-stage founders build sustainably while still aiming high.
Daily life at the house reflects that philosophy. Residents journal together on Sundays, play volleyball during the week, cook shared meals, split chores and make time for music, games and art outings. Some start work early, others later, but the common thread is structure without excess.
The house also mirrors a broader shift in the U.K. tech scene.
