Travel platform Fora has secured a $60 million Series D investment, lifting its valuation to $1 billion. The round was led by Forerunner and Tactile Ventures, with participation from Insight Partners and Thrive Capital.
Founded in 2021, Fora has built a model that blends entrepreneurship with digital travel planning. Its platform helps new and experienced advisors manage client communication, organize trips, and connect with travelers planning everything from honeymoons to family getaways.
A key focus of the new funding is expanding Via, Fora's AI assistant. The tool supports travel advisors with research and itinerary creation, reducing routine work and giving them more time to strengthen client relationships. Fora says the goal is to amplify human expertise rather than replace it.
The company also reports that its advisors have booked more than $3 billion in travel since launch, with many users entering the field for the first time. With additional capital, Fora plans to grow into new segments such as cruises and flights. This shift points to a future where AI and human service work together to make travel planning more personal, efficient, and scalable.
