Encore AI secures $30 million to scale customer-call-trained AI agents

Encore AI has raised $30 million in a Series A round led by Team8 to expand its platform for building AI voice agents trained on real customer interactions. The company helps businesses turn everyday support and sales conversations into practical automation tools.

Founded in 2022 by CEO Dvir Ginzburg under the name Insait IO, the startup first focused on recommendation software for financial advisers and relationship managers. It later evolved into Encore AI, shifting toward a system that studies call recordings, emails, text messages, and CRM data to learn which conversation patterns lead to better outcomes.

The company describes this method as interaction mining. By mapping conversations into stages, Encore AI identifies what moves a deal forward, where teams lose momentum, and which employee tactics perform best. Those insights are then used to train agents that can respond by voice or text, or assist staff with suggested replies and guidance in real time.

Encore says its platform is already used by more than 40 enterprise customers worldwide, most of them financial institutions. Ginzburg also said annual recurring revenue has grown more than fivefold since the seed round, reflecting rising demand for AI systems that learn from an organization's own history rather than generic templates.

The new funding will support U.S. sales expansion and broader deployment with large financial institutions. As enterprise AI matures, approaches that combine data, workflow, and human expertise may shape a new standard for customer engagement in the years ahead.
