Circular Ring 3 Series Adds Contactless Payments and Silent Vibration Alerts

Circular unveils Ring 3 Pro and Slim smart rings with NFC payments, silent vibration alerts, health tracking, and up to 12 days of battery life.

Circular Ring 3 Series Adds Contactless Payments and Silent Vibration Alerts

Circular has introduced its upcoming Ring 3 lineup, expanding the smart ring category with two versions: Pro and Slim. Both models bring NFC-based contactless payments and discreet vibration alerts directly to the finger.

Two Designs, Two Use Cases

The Ring 3 Pro is the more advanced option, featuring a slimmer body than its predecessor and a broader health suite. It includes FDA-cleared ECG for Afib detection, blood pressure trend tracking, glucose tracking, advanced sleep analysis, and detailed biometric monitoring. Circular says battery life can reach up to 12 days.

The Ring 3 Slim is built for users who prefer a lighter, more compact wearable. It focuses on essential wellness features such as sleep, heart rate, HRV, SpO₂, skin temperature, and daily activity tracking, while offering up to 10 days of battery life.

Both rings are made with titanium steel, support wireless charging, and offer 50-meter water resistance. Size options will range from 6 to 14, and color choices will include gold, rose gold, silver, and black.

Smart Notifications on the Finger

The vibration system is designed for silent alarms, medication reminders, health alerts, and guided breathing exercises. That makes the rings useful not only for wellness tracking, but also for everyday routines that benefit from subtle, personal feedback.

Circular says pricing and pre-order details will be shared in the coming months, with availability expected in early 2027. As smart rings continue to evolve, products like Ring 3 point to a future where health tracking and digital convenience become even more seamless and wearable.
