Berry Street and Healthify Join Forces to Expand AI-Powered Nutrition Care

U.S.-based nutrition startup Berry Street has merged with Indian health-tech company Healthify, creating a broader platform aimed at meeting growing demand for GLP-1-supported weight and nutrition care.

The companies did not share financial terms, but the new structure brings together Berry Street's clinical network and Healthify's digital coaching model. In the U.S., the combined business will continue under the Berry Street name, while international markets, including India, will operate as Healthify.

Noah Kotlove and Tushar Vashisht will serve as co-CEOs of the merged company. Healthify says its app combines AI tools with human coaching and has already reached tens of millions of users. Berry Street, meanwhile, works with more than 2,000 clinics and offers insurance-covered GLP-1 care alongside nutrition tracking and AI-based guidance.

The merger reflects a larger shift in health and wellness: digital platforms are increasingly blending clinical expertise, personalized coaching, and artificial intelligence to support long-term metabolic health. With backing from investors and a growing user base, the new company is positioning itself at the intersection of care access and smart nutrition technology.

As AI-driven health services mature, this kind of cross-border collaboration could help shape more personalized and scalable wellness models in the years ahead.
