The 27-inch ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG27AQWMG is currently listed on Amazon for $549, down $100 from its $649 price. The deal is described as the monitor's lowest price to date.
Its QHD WOLED display pairs deep blacks and high contrast with a 280Hz refresh rate and a stated 0.03ms response time. A frame-rate boost mode can switch to Full HD at 330Hz, offering an option for players who prioritize speed in competitive games.
The monitor also supports NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync. ASUS's OLED Care Pro features and Neo Proximity Sensor are designed to help reduce the risk of burn-in. The glossy screen coating aims to maintain image clarity, though direct, bright light may still cause glare.
As display technology continues to combine high refresh rates with OLED contrast, monitors like this could make flexible, vivid gaming experiences increasingly accessible.
