The Asus ROG Strix OLED XG27ACDNG is currently listed at $549, down from its usual $759 price. The 27-inch gaming monitor combines a 2560 × 1440 resolution with a 360Hz refresh rate, offering a compact setup built for fast-paced play.
Fast performance, vivid contrast
Its QD-OLED panel produces deep blacks and strong contrast, while a 0.03ms response time is designed to keep movement crisp in competitive shooters, racing games and esports. FreeSync and G-Sync support can help smooth gameplay across AMD and Nvidia systems.
For everyday use, the monitor includes USB-C with 90W power delivery, a USB hub and a KVM switch for managing multiple devices. A built-in heatsink and OLED Care+ features are intended to help reduce burn-in risk. Potential trade-offs include a purple tint in dark areas under bright ambient lighting, possible VRR flicker when frame rates fluctuate, and no built-in speakers.
As high-refresh OLED displays become more versatile, monitors like this could increasingly bridge the gap between immersive gaming and productive desk setups.
