- Some cut brushes for those hard-to-reach areas.
- Primer and a paint tray to match the walls.
With my supplies ready, I was set to begin the transformation.
Steps to Paint Stair Risers Using an Edging Pad
I skipped the taping process and filled the paint tray with primer. The pad's locking button allows for easy angle adjustments, providing flexibility during application. After loading the pad with paint, I pressed it against the stair riser, moving horizontally for even coverage. The rectangular shape of the pad ensures sharp, clean lines without the need for taping or cutting.
As I mastered the technique, I found that the wall edging pad significantly expedited the painting process. The final result was impressive; the stairs looked refreshed and stylish, completed in a fraction of the time it would have taken using traditional methods.
