Startup founders have a renewed opportunity to secure a place in the Expo Hall at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, as exhibition table bookings have reopened for a limited period.
The technology gathering will take place from October 13 to 15 at Moscone West in San Francisco. It is expected to bring together more than 10,000 founders, investors, operators and technology leaders focused on new products, partnerships and emerging ventures.
A direct stage for early-stage innovation
Exhibiting startups will be able to present their products directly to prospective customers, investment professionals and potential business partners over three days. The format is designed to support hands-on demonstrations, lead generation and face-to-face conversations across the startup ecosystem.
The $12,500 exhibition package includes a branded table, 10 team passes, lead-generation tools, visibility across the event website and app, press-list access, Silver Tier sponsor recognition, and access to selected founder and investor networking opportunities.
The event program will also feature more than 200 sessions across six stages, with over 250 technology leaders expected to share practical perspectives on building, funding and scaling companies. Attendees can explore more than 300 startups, including participants in the Startup Battlefield 200, while AI-powered matching tools aim to make networking more relevant.
Key deadlines
Exhibitor reservations close on September 30 at 11:59 p.m. PT, with tables allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Regular ticket pricing is available until September 25 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
By creating a shared space for product discovery and investor dialogue, TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 could help accelerate the connections that turn promising startup ideas into scalable innovations.
