Amsterdam's renowned fashion label, Scotch & Soda, has launched a vibrant new collection inspired by the iconic artist Jean-Michel Basquiat. This collaboration, developed in partnership with the Basquiat estate through Artestar, showcases the artist's distinctive work.

Reflecting on Basquiat's legacy, known for his dynamic and colorful compositions that encapsulated the essence of 1980s New York City culture, Scotch & Soda draws parallels with Amsterdam's own rich and evolving cultural landscape.

The collection, which caters to men, women, and children, includes an array of stylish pieces such as a blue short-sleeve button-up, a classic Breton-striped long-sleeve T-shirt, and jeans adorned with Basquiat's signature three-point gold crown and expressive facial sketches. Additional offerings feature T-shirts, hoodies, baseball caps, and a light-blue souvenir jacket, all prominently displaying the iconic crown.

A highlight of the collection is a selection of items featuring prints from Basquiat's celebrated 1987 painting Unbreakable. This artwork is characterized by its vibrant colors, unique figures, and various forms of signage, embodying a spirit of resilience and evolution.
