Rob Rausch, known for his role in The Traitors, has maintained a consistent workout regimen for over a decade. He began his fitness journey in high school to prepare for football and has largely adhered to the same routine ever since.

Although Rausch acknowledges that sticking to one workout plan may not be the best approach, he finds comfort in the familiarity of his routine. "I've been doing the same workout my strength and conditioning coach taught me in high school," he admits. "I know it's not ideal to avoid changing things up, but I prefer the comfort of what I know."

It's true that varying your workout is essential for progress, especially as your fitness goals evolve. However, Rausch emphasizes that as long as you continue to challenge yourself--by increasing weights, reps, or incorporating advanced techniques--you can still achieve great results.

In addition to his reality TV fame, Rausch's unique profession as a snake wrangler demands physical agility. He has also explored other fitness avenues, including Pilates, spin classes, and yoga, noting that Pilates was more challenging than he anticipated.

3 to 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps

4 sets of 12 to 15 reps

Dumbbell Bench Chest Fly

3 to 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps
