He stated, "I would literally dance for two hours straight... there's so much cardio and footwork that's involved with dancing." While Gronkowski has toned down his partying since retiring in 2022, he still incorporates dancing into his fitness routine. In his early NFL career, Gronkowski focused heavily on strength training. "I can't go out till 2 a.m. anymore and then wake up for football practice," he humorously noted, highlighting the changes that come with age.

If he could revisit his playing days, Gronkowski would emphasize core strength and fast-twitch muscle development, recognizing the benefits of diverse training methods, including Pilates. He appreciates the balance that these workouts provide, even if he hasn't fully embraced them yet.
