Remote is also assisting businesses in creating tailored workflows, reinforcing its position as a leader in the industry. "We know that we're ahead of most companies in that sense," he stated.

Remote's core payroll service has experienced over 300% growth year-over-year, a trend largely attributed to its AI initiatives. The company now supports tens of thousands of clients navigating global employment compliance, a number that reflects its expanding influence in the market.

Looking ahead, van der Voort envisions a future where AI agents will engage directly with Remote, ensuring the security of sensitive payroll data.
