PixVerse Surpasses $2 Billion Valuation After $439 Million Funding Boost

PixVerse has raised $439 million in a Series C extension, pushing its valuation above $2 billion as it expands AI video and world model products globally.

Singapore-based AI video startup PixVerse has completed a Series C extension, bringing its total funding to $439 million and lifting its valuation beyond $2 billion. The company said the new capital will support broader global expansion and the growth of its world model platform.

The round follows an earlier Series C close in March, led by CDH Investments. The extension also drew participation from Alibaba, Lollapalooza Capital, Ivy Capital, Grand Mount Capital, Eastern Bell Capital, Mirae Asset, BlueFocus, and CloudAlpha, alongside returning backers iGlobe Partners and OCBC's LionX Ventures.

Founded in 2023 by Wang Changhu and Jaden Xie, PixVerse develops several product lines, including V-Series models for consumer and API use, C-Series tools for professional film and commercial workflows, and R-Series world models for game development and digital world building.

The platform can generate videos in up to 4K resolution with integrated audio. PixVerse says its consumer product has more than 150 million registered users and over 15 million monthly active users, while its pricing for image-to-video generation starts at $4.80 per minute.

Looking ahead, the company plans to strengthen enterprise adoption across markets, roll out a new V-Series model, and release an updated world model later this year. With 150 employees across Singapore, Beijing, and Shanghai, PixVerse is also preparing to expand its research and go-to-market teams.

As AI video creation matures, platforms that combine scale, precision, and creative utility could help shape the next era of digital storytelling.
