OpenAI has named Dali Rajic as its new chief revenue officer, replacing Denise Dresser after a nine-month tenure. Rajic, previously president and COO at Wiz, steps into the role as the company sharpens its commercial strategy.
The appointment arrives during a wider leadership transition. In recent weeks, OpenAI has also seen changes involving longtime COO Brad Lightcap and Fidji Simo, while co-founder and president Greg Brockman has taken on a larger management role.
According to the company, its tools now serve more than one billion weekly users and two million businesses. Even with that scale, OpenAI is still working to align its rapid product growth with stronger revenue execution and clearer enterprise impact.
The move also comes as OpenAI continues preparations for a possible public-market debut, having filed confidentially with the SEC. In parallel, the company recently completed a large employee share purchase, a step often seen as part of broader financial planning before major corporate milestones.
OpenAI says the next phase will center on turning its technology into repeatable business results, with a stronger emphasis on enterprise deployment and measurable value. The shift signals a more mature phase for the company as AI moves deeper into everyday business use, shaping how future organizations scale intelligent systems.
