Furthermore, Mistral provides a comprehensive library of open-weight AI models, including the recently launched Mistral Small 4, which customers can utilize to maximize the value of their existing data.
Timothée Lacroix, Mistral's co-founder and chief technologist, notes that while smaller models may not match the breadth of larger ones, customization allows organizations to focus on their most critical areas. Decisions regarding model selection and infrastructure remain with the customer, ensuring that companies have the autonomy they need.
