In Minneapolis, Franco-Swiss artist Saype has transformed Boom Island Park into a striking public artwork as part of his Beyond Walls series. Marking the project's first appearance in the United States, the piece stretches across the grass with two giant clasping arms, turning the park into a symbol of connection and shared strength.
The ground mural measures 310 by 75 feet and was created with a biodegradable paint developed by the artist. Designed to fade naturally over time, the work reflects Saype's approach to temporary art that lives in harmony with its surroundings.
