Lovable's valuation could reach $13.2 billion in new funding talks

Lovable is reportedly in talks for a $300 million round that could value the Swedish vibe-coding startup at $13.2 billion, highlighting AI software demand.

Swedish vibe-coding startup Lovable is reportedly discussing a new funding round that could bring in $300 million and lift its valuation to $13.2 billion. That would mark a sharp rise from the $6.6 billion level it reached in December.

According to the report, Menlo Ventures is expected to lead the round. The firm recently announced a new $3 billion fund, adding further momentum to its investment activity in artificial intelligence and software.

Founded less than three years ago, Lovable reached a $500 million annualized revenue run rate in June. Its platform is used by founders, designers, and sales teams to build websites and online storefronts through natural-language prompts.

The company also serves enterprise clients such as Workday, Asana, and Nvidia, showing how vibe coding is moving from early adopters into broader business use. The category has become one of the most visible areas in AI, alongside other fast-growing startups shaping the next generation of software creation.

If this funding materializes, it would further underline the speed at which AI-powered building tools are becoming central to digital product development and the future of software creation.
