Intuit, the renowned enterprise software leader, is making a significant shift by laying off approximately 3,000 employees, representing 17% of its workforce. Despite the layoffs, Intuit's financial performance remains robust. Interestingly, Intuit has not been viewed as a primary beneficiary of the current AI surge, with its stock performance lagging behind the broader S&P 500 over the past year.
