The International Center of Photography (ICP) is thrilled to announce the return of its highly anticipated Photobook Fest, now in its fifth year. Set to take place from May 8 to 10, this vibrant event will showcase over 80 international publishers, offering a weekend filled with engaging discussions, panels, workshops, and more.
This festival celebrates the art of the photobook across various venues, including ICP's café, shop, museum, and school, located at 84 Ludlow Street in Manhattan's Lower East Side. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to participate in workshops and panel discussions featuring an impressive lineup of photobook publishers such as Magnum Photos, Loose Joints Publishing, MACK, and Thames & Hudson. Additionally, several independent presses established by alumni of ICP's full-time programs, like Matarile Ediciones, Makan, and 'cademy, will also be present.
Opening its doors on Friday, May 8, the festival promises an enriching experience for all photography enthusiasts. Tickets are currently available for purchase online, and walk-in tickets will be offered at ICP's admissions desk throughout the weekend, subject to event capacity.
