Hisense's 2026 U7 series is drawing attention with a major price drop, led by the 65-inch model now listed at $847.99, down from $1,499.99. The 55-inch version is available for $598.99, while the 85-inch model has fallen to $1,498.99, making the lineup notably more accessible for large-screen buyers.

The U7 series combines 4K resolution, QLED display technology, full-array local dimming, and support for Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HDR10+ Adaptive. The newer version also runs on Fire TV OS, bringing a familiar smart-TV experience into the package.

For gaming-focused users, the model stands out with high refresh-rate support, including 120Hz and 144Hz modes, plus FreeSync Premium Pro and Dolby Vision gaming compatibility. That mix positions it as a versatile option for both movies and interactive entertainment.

While the built-in audio is described as modest, the current discount leaves room for buyers to pair the TV with an external sound system if they want a fuller home-theater setup. As large-format displays continue to improve in performance and affordability, premium home entertainment may become even more accessible in the years ahead.
