AI video platform Higgsfield has closed a $400 million Series B, lifting its valuation to $5.4 billion just eight months after reaching $1.3 billion. The company says the new funding reflects rapid momentum in generative media.
Founded in 2023 by former Snap executive Alex Mashrabov, Higgsfield builds tools for creating AI images and videos. Its product lineup includes Cinema Studio for filmmakers and Marketing Studio for creative teams, positioning the platform at the intersection of entertainment and brand content.
The company says it now serves 30 million users across 200 countries and works with 390 Fortune 500 companies. Higgsfield also reports $700 million in annualized revenue, underscoring the scale of demand for AI-driven visual production.
The latest round was led by DST Global, with participation from Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Valor Capital, and Tribe Capital. The capital will support hiring, product expansion, and the heavy compute needs behind video generation, one of AI's most resource-intensive fields.
As video AI becomes more deeply embedded in creative workflows, platforms like Higgsfield may help shape a faster, more accessible future for digital storytelling.
