Google has introduced the Pixel 11 Pro Fold, keeping its familiar foldable shape while focusing on refinements that improve everyday use. The new model is built to feel more durable and slightly lighter than before, even as its price moves higher.
At the center of the update is a redesigned hinge aimed at improving strength and long-term reliability. Google also upgraded the outer screen with a Super Actua panel reaching 3,600 nits of peak brightness, while both the inner and outer displays are said to be 20% brighter than the previous generation.
The trade-off comes in battery capacity, which drops to 4,750 mAh from 5,015 mAh. In return, the device is about 1 mm thinner and roughly 20 grams lighter, giving it a more streamlined feel in hand. Wireless charging support also rises to 25W.
Camera performance gets a boost as well. The phone now uses an updated 48-megapixel sensor designed to capture more light and deliver finer detail across different lighting conditions. With the new G6 Tensor chip and refreshed image processing, digital zoom extends to 30x, up from 20x.
The Pixel 11 Pro Fold will arrive in Olive and Obsidian finishes, priced at $1,899. As foldables continue to mature, this kind of balanced hardware evolution may help define the next phase of premium mobile design.
