Garmin has introduced the MARQ Gen 3, a six-watch collection that combines premium materials with features tailored to sports and specialist activities. Prices range from $2,500 to $3,100.
The lineup includes the MARQ Athlete, Adventurer, Aviator, Commander, Golfer and Diver. Each model has a 47 mm Grade 5 titanium case, a ceramic bezel detail, sapphire crystal and a 1.4-inch AMOLED display. The watches are designed for pursuits ranging from running and hiking to aviation, golf and diving.
Garmin has added LTE and satellite connectivity, enabling calls, messages and location sharing without a phone nearby. Satellite messaging and emergency SOS are also supported through Garmin Response; these services require a separate inReach subscription. Other additions include a speaker, microphone, LED flashlight, ECG app in supported regions, expanded health and recovery tools, worldwide TopoActive maps and 128 GB of storage.
Battery life is rated at up to 18 days in smartwatch mode, or up to seven days with the always-on display active. The collection is available now, with broader availability scheduled for November 5.
By bringing advanced sports-watch capabilities into a luxury design, the MARQ Gen 3 points to a future where premium wearables combine personal style with increasingly capable navigation and health tools.
