Eater Launches a Nationwide "Bang Bang" Dinner Series

Eater's Bang Bang dinner series brings two restaurants together in one reservation, launching in Los Angeles with early ticket access through the Eater app.

Eater is bringing a fresh dining concept to food lovers with Bang Bang, a summer dinner series built around the idea of a double restaurant experience in one evening.

The format pairs the spirit of two separate nights out into a single reservation: guests will enjoy a back-to-back menu created by two distinct restaurants, all served in one location. The goal is to make rare culinary combinations more accessible while spotlighting creative chefs and standout kitchens from different regions.

The series begins in Los Angeles on July 15, 2026, with Ray Garcia of Broken Spanish Comedor welcoming Deau Arpapornnopparat and Joy Yuon of Holy Basil for the opening dinner.

Early ticket access will be available through the Eater app for registered users, with priority offered to members who complete a free profile and join as an Eater Regular. Tickets for the Los Angeles event are expected to open soon.

By turning a popular dining idea into a curated national series, Eater is shaping a more connected and experience-driven future for restaurant culture.
