"AI can significantly aid in organizing tasks, but it must not replace clinical judgment," she emphasizes.
Looking ahead, Mensik Kennedy aims to achieve recognition for Registered Nurses (RNs) as qualifying health providers, allowing them to bill for their services. "Currently, RNs are often seen as a cost rather than a valued provider," she notes, advocating for greater visibility of nursing contributions to patient care.
