Blink's battery-powered smart home bundle is available for $119.99 during Amazon's October Prime Day event, down from $419.98. The package combines a 2K+ video doorbell, five Outdoor 2K+ cameras and a Sync Module Core, offering a wireless option for monitoring multiple areas around a home.
Wireless coverage for connected homes
All six devices operate with AA lithium batteries, helping users install the system without running new wiring. The Outdoor 2K+ cameras provide 2K video, up to 4x zoom, motion alerts and color night vision when ambient lighting is available. In darker conditions, the cameras switch to infrared black-and-white viewing.
Blink's battery estimate can reach up to two years under selected settings and typical usage. However, recording in higher resolution and receiving frequent motion alerts may reduce battery life. The outdoor cameras also carry an IP65 weather-resistance rating and support compatible accessories, including a floodlight mount and battery extension pack.
Doorbell view and storage options
The battery doorbell records at 1920 x 1920 resolution and uses a 140-degree square field of view designed to show visitors from head to toe. It can be installed wire-free or connected to an existing doorbell system. Wired installation enables a mechanical indoor chime; wireless users may need a separate Blink Chime for audible alerts inside the home.
The included Sync Module Core helps connect the devices but does not provide local clip storage. After the introductory trial period, cloud recording requires a subscription. Users without a plan can still access live view and motion notifications.
As smart-home technology becomes more accessible, bundled wireless systems could help make connected, flexible home management a more familiar part of everyday life.
