Prominent artists such as Es Devlin, Brian Eno, and Nan Goldin will have their works auctioned in London later this month, with proceeds aimed at supporting humanitarian efforts for Palestinians. This initiative is organized by Choose Love, Gideon Berger Studio, Hope 93 Gallery, and art dealer Zayna Al-Saleh, benefiting the Together For Palestine Fund, which supports Palestinian-led humanitarian organizations.
This auction follows the success of the Together For Palestine benefit concert held last year, which raised over $2.6 million for humanitarian causes. Among the notable pieces available for bidding are Devlin's Redraw the Edges of Yourself, Perry's ceramic artwork Lady With Fireworks, and Goldin's photograph Holy Sheep, Rathmullan, Ireland.
Additional artists contributing works include Charlie Mackesy, Sarah Ball, Jeremy Deller, Khaled Hourani, Nabil Anani, and Misan Harriman. Deller's piece, created with collaborator Ed Hall, is titled The Constant Buzz of a Drone.
The funds raised from this auction will directly support emergency relief efforts in Gaza, providing essential services such as food and water distribution, healthcare, shelter, mental health support, and programs for children affected by the ongoing conflict.
The auction is set to take place from March 26 through April 9, coinciding with a public exhibition of the artworks at Hope 93 Gallery in London during this period.
