Apple's Second-Gen AirTag 4-Pack Drops to $79.99

Apple's second-generation AirTag is now available in a four-pack for $79.99, marking a notable discount from its regular $99 price. For shoppers looking to outfit multiple items at once, the bundle lowers the per-unit cost to about $20.

The updated model brings a refined tracking experience through a newer Ultra Wideband chip, which Apple says expands Precision Finding range by up to 50%. In practice, that means an iPhone can guide users toward a nearby AirTag from farther away with directional cues, haptics, and sound.

Apple has also increased the built-in speaker volume by 50%, making it easier to locate a tracker once you are close. The feature can be especially useful for finding items inside bags, under clothing, or between cushions. Support now extends to Apple Watch Series 9 and newer, as well as Apple Watch Ultra 2 and newer, adding wrist-based tracking convenience.

Beyond the tracking upgrades, the AirTag keeps the same familiar design: a replaceable CR2032 battery, IP67 water and dust resistance, and dimensions that remain compatible with existing holders and keychains. For first-time buyers, the current four-pack offers an accessible entry point into Apple's item-tracking ecosystem. As smart location tools continue to evolve, everyday object tracking may become even more seamless in the years ahead.
