Apple's Next iPad Pro and MacBook Pro Models Could Arrive in Early 2027

Apple is reportedly preparing a refreshed lineup of iPad Pro models and a new MacBook Pro for the first half of next year. The company is said to be developing four versions of the tablet, each powered by faster chips, while also working on an internal project known as K104 for an entry-level MacBook Pro.

The same timeframe is also expected to mark the debut of Apple's M7 processor, suggesting a broader hardware refresh across its premium devices. Apple last updated the iPad Pro in October, and earlier this year it introduced a high-end MacBook Pro alongside a more affordable MacBook model.

The new laptop is expected to carry full Pro capabilities, positioning it above Apple's budget-focused options. The timing also fits a period in which the company appears to be balancing product expansion with tighter component costs and a wider shift in its hardware strategy.

If these plans move forward, Apple could strengthen its lineup with more performance-focused devices while also broadening access to its Pro ecosystem. That would help shape the next phase of personal computing with faster, more adaptable tools for work and creativity.
