Amazon's autumn shopping event, Prime Big Deal Days, will return on 6-7 October 2026. Now in its fifth year, the two-day event is designed as a seasonal counterpart to the summer Prime Day period, bringing offers across technology, home, fashion, beauty, kitchen and entertainment categories.
Who can access the offers?
The event's exclusive prices are available to Amazon Prime members. Membership starts at $14.99 per month, while eligible new members can explore trial options. Products purchased during the event remain covered by Amazon's standard 30-day return window from delivery.
What categories are expected?
Amazon says deals will include technology, home products, kitchen appliances, books, gaming, fitness equipment and everyday essentials. Participating brands are expected to include Sony, Adidas, Shark, Soundcore by Anker, UGG and Tarte. The platform has also signalled discounts of up to 45% on Amazon devices, up to 40% on selected kitchen appliances and up to 65% on print books.
Early offers have already begun on selected devices, smart-home products, tablets, televisions and laptops. However, prices and availability may change throughout the campaign, making a prepared shopping list useful for keeping purchases focused.
How to shop more thoughtfully
Consumers can create wish lists, set price alerts and review a product's previous pricing before purchasing. Amazon's "Today's Big Deals" section is expected to feature limited-time promotions from larger brands, while some offers may require an invitation request.
Prime Big Deal Days will also coincide with competing seasonal campaigns from other major retailers, creating a broader window for consumers to compare products, features and prices ahead of the holiday shopping period.
Prime Big Deal Days reflects how digital retail is evolving toward more personalized, data-informed and planned shopping experiences.
