Amazon is expanding Prime Video beyond streaming by adding games through its Luna cloud gaming service. The new Games tab is now available on Fire TV devices in the U.S. and U.K., giving subscribers access to titles such as Hogwarts Legacy, EA Sports FC 26, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Clue, and Taboo.
The update turns Prime Video into a broader entertainment hub, combining films, series, and interactive play in one interface. Amazon is also including games developed by its own studio, such as Courtroom Chaos and Masters of the Universe: Legends Unite, alongside third-party releases and familiar classics.
Until now, Luna titles were available mainly through a separate app for Prime members. With this integration, users can launch games directly from Prime Video and play on a TV with a controller or a phone, making the experience more immediate and accessible.
Amazon says the goal is to make gaming easier to discover and simpler to start, without requiring a console or gaming PC. The company also plans to add new games every month and expand support to more devices and countries in the coming months. This move signals a future where streaming platforms may evolve into all-in-one digital entertainment spaces.
