AI Startup Lyzr Lets Its Own Agent Lead a $100 Million Fundraise

Lyzr used its AI agent SivaClaw to help run a $100 million Series B, showing how AI tools are transforming startup fundraising and investor outreach.

Jersey City-based Lyzr, a three-year-old company focused on enterprise AI agents, has turned its own technology into part of its growth strategy. The startup used an internal agent named SivaClaw to help manage its latest funding round.

The system reportedly answered questions from more than 130 investors, prepared investment memos, and monitored which presentation slides drew the most attention. In effect, the agent helped coordinate a $100 million Series B round at an estimated $500 million valuation.

According to the company, investor interest reached $400 million across Silicon Valley, the Middle East, and the financial sector. The process also highlighted a broader shift in startup fundraising: AI-driven tools are increasingly streamlining tasks that once required extensive travel, meetings, and manual follow-up.

As AI agents become more capable, they may reshape how companies communicate, raise capital, and scale with greater speed in the years ahead.
