Led by the charismatic Captain Horacio Hollynwood, the participants are introduced to the historic Lazaretto of Mahón, an 18th-century fortress that once served as a quarantine station for travelers.
This residency, aptly named Quarantine, is the brainchild of artist Carles Gomila, designed to liberate artists from creative blocks and encourage exploration without the fear of failure. Over the course of seven days, participants engage in a tightly packed schedule filled with workshops, discussions, and mentorship sessions, all while disconnecting from the digital world--phones and laptops are strictly prohibited.

The theme for this session, Tears in Rain, draws inspiration from a famous monologue in Ridley Scott's Blade Runner, inviting participants to reflect on their emotional journeys.
